This is the welcome that awaits ​you with Anahata Yoga and Pilates.
Vicky Warner offers Zoom based Gentle Yoga and Mat Pilates classes to suit all ages and abilities. Whether you are new to Yoga and Pilates or looking to continue with your practice, I will guide you through sessions with detailed instructions, and modifications if you require them, so the practice is tailored to the participants present.

Vicky Warner

Vicky Warner qualified as a teacher with the Yoga for Health Foundation in 2001, with Bliss Pilates in 2006 and Future Fit Pilates in 2008. This enables her to offer a wealth of knowledge and experience to get you started on the right track, or enhance your current practice.
