This is the welcome that awaits ​you at Anahata Yoga and Pilates.
Vicky Warner offers Yoga and Pilates classes to suit all ages and abilities. Based in the heart of the Isle of Wight at Arreton Cricket Club, Vicky is able to offer indoor and outdoor sessions through the year in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Whether you are new to Yoga and Pilates or looking to continue with your practice, we have something for everyone at Anahata Yoga and Pilates.

Vicky Warner

Vicky Warner qualified as a teacher with the Yoga for Health Foundation in 2001, with Bliss Pilates in 2006 and Future Fit Pilates in 2008. This enables her to offer a wealth of knowledge and experience to get you started on the right track, or enhance your current practice.
