Anahata is the heart chakra - the centre of love, compassion and kindness.

This is the welcome that awaits ​you at The Anahata Yoga and Pilates Studio.
Based on the beautiful Isle of Wight, Vicky Warner offers a range of yoga and pilates classes and teachers to suit all ages and abilities at her well equipped, peaceful studio in Shanklin. Whether you are new to Yoga and Pilates or looking to continue with your practice, we have something for everyone at Anahata Yoga and Pilates.

The studio is now closed due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. We hope you stay safe and well, and look forward to being back with you soon. In the meantime, please make use of the free sessions below.

Vicky Warner

Vicky Warner qualified as a teacher with the Yoga for Health Foundation in 2001, with Bliss Pilates in 2006 and Future Fit Pilates in 2008. This enables her to offer a wealth of knowledge and experience to get you started on the right track, or enhance your current practice.

Carol Macartney

If you are looking to attend any of my offerings be it a retreat, a workshop or a weekly class, you can expect a fusion of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Mantra, Mudras, readings and quotes, but more than anything a sense of open heartedness, joy and love. Everyone is welcome, whether you are beginning on your path or have years of experience because we all inspire each other.
