The Pilates classes are all mat based and follow a sequence of traditional exercises to help not only build core strength, but long, lean muscle throughout the body.
Improving flexibility throughout the body is also a key part of each practice. Overall these sessions will help improve posture, balance and mental focus. All mats and equipment are provided.
Vicky’s classes are all gentle Yoga sessions based strongly in the Hatha Yoga tradition, focusing on the physical and mental health benefits of the practice.
This means each session includes postures, breathing practices and a guided relaxation whilst taking in to account the needs and abilities of each individual student. All mats and equipment are provided.
